(2025 update: New time did not pay me for this, the chef did and then he sent it in to the paper thru his pr team to various outlets that featured him when they asked for art..., at this time i was not really doing food coverage for the company, i was doing music and art as a freelancer. The restaurant biz was always trying to pay me off different ways for coverage but i really didnt go that route. This was freelance photography all above board)
