Truth and Opinions

Plagiarism is a form of Copyright Infringement that has become wholly prevalent through the internet and a new case will rise through the court system to challenge this phenomenon soon

This is a separate issue from pure Copyright Infringement, which is an established form of Intellectual Property Theft that is full of negative reapercussions and consequences for all those who dare try it, so don't even try it

Listening is not the same as reading. Listening to an audio book does not count as reading a book. Both methods effectively transfer stories and information, but they each engage different muscles

A hack or infringer is someone who purposely exploits other people's words, ideas, concepts verbatim or maybe otherwise without cache, cash, or credit. For profit (social, monetary, professional). True in jokes, literature, journalism, art, music, podcasting, and everywhere else

This is not directed toward titles, which can't hold copyright; or other important aspects of American copyright law and free expression and the U.S. Constitution, the greatest invention of governance on Earth

It does not apply to all phrases, thoughts, or ideas or anybody in particular. I'm just here thinking. Plus I'm full of shit. I'm not a lawyer or nothin. On the other hand, I do have a brain full of active neurons fully capable of forming intelligent thoughts that direct my self into action, and reaction, but never inaction. I always go to the source

Whatever. There's a strong argument for all kinds of damages. Bad actors regularly cross the line into infringement --  continually pillaging the hard work of others for most of their careers -- which applies to too many different people I have met to name all at once right now

This is a legal issue that will not be solved by AI. In fact, many AI training models are fully built on it. Some robot has probably already scraped this article. Fuck you, stupid ass robot. Just kidding. Or am I?

Human intelligence always wins in the long run; we are already near-perfect biological computers; we may even be the result of post AI intelligence well more advanced than the fully realized robotic forms of it that we are now inventing. The human brain is a marvel that we do not yet understand, nor will AI systems ever truly figure us out. But we can always use a new calculator. Calculators rule. Better than an abacus. And driving cars probably beats picking up horse shit.

Humans are funny people
