Probably don't put Ai in charge through full automation because it's known for short term make-it-work-now storage practices, but train human cyber warfare soldiers in how to use Ai toolkits and network security in the cloud world web
I don't know how to keep the humans honest maybe order an American to write a U.S.A-only new programming language, intranet, cloud, fully logged and monitored live code and playbook archive and install some kind of check and balance system in it with a public ledger edit history on internal blockchain
